- General Role Description
- Lead and manage matrix teams to complete execution of service projects, requests, and agreements ensuring successful and timely analysis, resolution, and reporting of client issues
- Role Accountabilities
- · Serve as single point of contact for client service projects, agreements, and spare parts
· Monitor open service requests, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve client installed base issues, obtain respective supplier root cause analysis, and provide corrective action reports to meet client expectations, escalating to immediate manager as necessary
