Zifo is growing! We are looking to hire an Associate Analyst to join our Scientific Informatics team in the Philadelphia, PA area. This person will work as part of a cross functional global team to design, develop, implement and support customization / configurations of informatics platforms / products for various pharmaceutical and biotech clients The informatics platform / products include but are not limited to Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN), Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Chromatography Data System (CDS),
Scientific Data Management System (SDMS) used within research, clinical and manufacturing domain. The Associate will collaborate with the customer IT stakeholders, business SMEs (scientists & lab analysts), and software vendors to discuss / document business requirements and implementation approach. The Associate will partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute the implementation plan while ensuring proper documentation for GxP compliance is developed and delivered at the appropriate time.
