Job Summary
This role will partner directly with Corewell Health Technical Field Services and Digital Workspace, which provides installation, replacement, repair, and ongoing support for client technology and related systems.
Essential Functions
Install, replace, repair, and support client technology equipment.
Prepare and stage hardware for deployment or project work.
Track assets, inventory, serial numbers, and equipment movement.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, peripheral, scanner, and connectivity issues.
Pack, ship, receive, stock, maintain par levels and organize technology equipment.
Support warehouse logistics, workspace cleanup, and safe material handling.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Currently enrolled in a university pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in area of accountability. May also be a recent graduate from an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.
