The Accounting Manager oversees assigned areas of the company’s multi-entity manufacturing and distribution accounting operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient financial processes.
This is a hands-on, working-manager role: in addition to guiding a team of accounting professionals, the Accounting Manager personally prepares reconciliations, schedules, and journal entries—not just reviews them—while supporting the Controller’s month-end and year-end close, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
The Accounting Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal controls, redesign reconciliation processes in assigned areas, and drive automation across accounting systems and data tools. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
