LAYIQ - Test & Evaluation Lead at The Boeing Company, Las Vegas, NV

Ability to lead cross-discipline technical discussions as related to maintaining a disciplined test and evaluation approach (predict – test – validate)
Working knowledge of typical aircraft subsystems including avionics and mission systems
Ability to train others on interpretation of schematics, diagrams, and other technical documentation for application to test planning and troubleshooting
Ability to effectively communicate and interface with industry and government personnel from various engineering, manufacturing, and operations disciplines
Capable of leading a team in environments with ambiguous requirements, unique operational challenges, and limited oversight
Ability to work independently as well as train / mentor less experienced test team members
Experience with Boeing tactical aircraft test and evaluation processes and procedures
Experience with all elements of the AFTC test planning method and T/SRB process
Strong MS Office application skills (primarily MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access)
