LAYIQ - Executive Business Partner (Temporary) at Sweetgreen

Enable executive effectiveness by managing complex workflows and competing priorities, anticipating next steps, and keeping executives focused on their highest-impact work
Prepare executives for meetings with detailed briefs, agendas, and intended outcomes; capture and manage action items to ensure follow-through across teams
Draft clear, polished communications and correspondence on behalf of executives to internal and external stakeholders
Plan and manage on-site and off-site meetings, conferences, and events from concept through completion, including budget management and post-mortems
Coordinate, streamline, and maintain executive and team records, files, and documentation; format strategic documents and prepare department and company-wide presentations
Manage corporate travel, including developing itineraries, booking transportation, and arranging lodging and meeting accommodations
Exercise independent judgment and act on behalf of executives proactively, identifying when action is needed and moving quickly without being asked
Maintain discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential company information

Bachelor’s degree required
Located in the Los Angeles area and able to work in the office at our support center with the executive team a minimum of 4 days per week
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously
Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft, proofread, and edit documents for spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when managing sensitive or confidential information
Experience in planning and managing complex events, meetings, and off-sites, including budget management
Proficiency in managing executive calendars, travel logistics, and workflow coordination in a dynamic environment
