We’re hiring an Account Executive who wants to take that story to market and show IT and security leaders a better way to manage endpoint risk.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re drawn to markets that are changing fast. You can explain to a CISO why the way they handle vulnerabilities today won’t hold up next year. You move deals forward with discipline and close what you commit. Experience matters, but we hire for drive, coachability, intelligence, and character.

You’ve sold complex SaaS or IT security solutions to enterprise buyers, ideally at a challenger brand. You’re used to:

• Prospecting your own pipeline alongside the pipeline that lands on your desk
• Qualifying with a methodology like MEDDPICC or MEDDIC
• Spotting risk in your deals early and working across the team to unblock it

We work as one team. AEs, SDRs, channel, solutions engineering, and customer success work deals together, and you’ll have room to do your best work and grow your career.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Prospect relentlessly to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new opportunities
• (AE prospecting alongside SDR and Channel inbound)
• Drive new business revenue growth across assigned accounts.
• Apply the MEDDPICC methodology to rigorously qualify opportunities, build business justification, and score deals for forecast accuracy.
• Articulate clear, value-based business justification for customer purchase decisions, aligning Automox solutions with both technical and business drivers.
• Deliver compelling, consultative product demos that address specific customer challenges.
• Collaborate with XDRs, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in Gong.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in IT security or infrastructure software.
• Remote (at home) sales experience and motivation to build your own at-home momentum
• A strong hunter mentality with grit, persistence, and a proven track record of prospecting and winning new business.
• An objective approach to selling, with a focus on identifying risk and executing on plans to overcome it
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC (or similar methodology) and the ability to build justification frameworks that drive customer purchase decisions.
• Technical aptitude and credibility with IT professionals, CISOs, and senior decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive in driving pipeline growth and closing business.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment while maintaining focus on results.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset with the drive to help build and grow Automox’s success.
• The range listed is the on target earning (OTE) potential. OTE is a mix of base pay and variable pay earned based on meeting sale's goals. In addition to OTE our compensation package includes equity and variety of great benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location. Details of the OTE split will be shared during the interview process.
