Coordinates all Vital Statistics Office operations associated with the collection, recording, documentation, and reporting of vital statistics information for all births occurring at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital (LMH). Ensures full compliance with all regulations established by the CT State Department of Health Services, as well as town 's and city's Departments of Vital Records.
Coordinates all Vital Statistics Office operations to ensure compliance with local, state and federal requirements, and internal LMH departmental informational requirements. Patient and family centered care (PFCC) at LMH is demonstrated by working with patients and their families based on the 4 principles of PFCC: participation, dignity and respect, information sharing, and collaboration.
