About the Role: Math Teacher
The Math Teacher will play a vital role in shaping a rigorous, engaging, and supportive learning environment where all students can thrive. As a teacher at Cedar Rapids Prep, you will have the opportunity to build a strong math program that fosters both conceptual understanding and real-world application.
Reporting to the school principal, with regular coaching from the schools Dean of Academics, the Math Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, collaborating with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional practices, leveraging student data for continuous improvement, and helping students develop the skills and confidence needed for success in high school and beyond.
