What You'll Do
- Prospect daily through cold calls, email, and social outreach, with 100 or more calls as the baseline.
- Use established outreach plays and qualify operators through short discovery conversations about their properties, systems, and guest communication workflows.
- Book demonstrations with qualified prospects, including executives and operational leaders.
- Share prospect feedback, objections, and emerging customer segments with account executives and company leadership.
- Test and measure messaging, call openers, and sequences to improve conversion throughout the pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales development or business development role.
- Comfort making 100 or more outbound calls per day and resilience in a high-volume prospecting environment.
- Experience selling technical products, ideally AI, and working at a B2B SaaS startup.
- Experience qualifying and booking meetings with executives and operators at enterprise accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sequencing tools, and dialers; Salesforce experience is helpful.
- A bachelor's degree and the ability to learn hospitality technology and operational workflows quickly.
