Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated, results-driven

Commercial Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle for commercial accounts, selling primarily over phone and video: generating pipeline, developing relationships, finding new business opportunities, and delivering top-notch service at high velocity. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-cycle SaaS sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, primarily over phone and video.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through self-sourced outbound and inbound / marketing-generated leads.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities within your territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Provide regular feedback on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.

Qualifications:

• You have 2-5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success in prospecting and identifying new leads.
• Experience closing deals in Commercial SaaS.
• Comfort selling at high velocity in a phone- and video-first environment.
• You excel at building trust and long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• You're passionate about acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience negotiating deals with a focus on win-win outcomes.
• Experience in the backup industry is a plus.
• Experience working with technology partners / channel resellers is a plus.

The annual base salary range is $90,000 – $150,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
