Key Responsibilities

• Set and direct product vision, strategy, and OKRs for entire product portfolio. Own the long-term two- to five-year view of product vision for the product portfolio or strategic capability.
• Influence investment choices that will yield long-term customer benefits in support of vision, including owning the annual planning for the product portfolio and representing the strategy in discussions with leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrate “customer/user” expertise within a product portfolio or strategic capability and leverage enterprise-wide resources to drive improved synergies and efficiencies across product teams.
• Coach and own the care and management of “jobs to be done” by personas for all products within the product portfolio or strategic capability.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities to drive innovation across product portfolio.
• Identify issues and blockers that may delay the launch or impede the success of products in product portfolio or strategic capability, communicate to leadership, assess alternatives to resolve, and take action on recommendation.
