Working under the direction of the Director of Assessment and Institutional Research, the Research and Data Analyst supports institutional research, assessment, and data-informed decision-making across Middlebury. The analyst collects, analyzes, and communicates institutional data; supports federal and external reporting; conducts survey research; and develops clear, accurate, and actionable reports for internal and external audiences.
This is a full time, benefits eligible, salaried position with a hiring range of $67,120 - $75,522 per year. This role is based onsite in Middlebury, VT but does permit partial remote work each week.
Core Responsibilities
Collect, extract, organize, and prepare data from a variety of institutional and external sources for reporting and analytical projects. Merge, standardize, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
