Governance, risk, and controls
Support a streamlined, scalable, and aligned operational risk framework that supports strategic priorities
Support the issue management lifecycle — identification, planning, resolution, tracking, and closure — and RCSA and internal controls framework activities for BSIRRM forecasting processes
Ensure data quality and establish controlled processes
Ensure accurate recurring deliverables are completed and compliant with various treasury risk management regulatory requirements
Collaborate with Internal Audit, Financial Risk Management, and model governance teams, as well as outside parties including regulatory agencies
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain high confidentiality
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of financial institution balance sheets, product offerings, and financial risk management
Understanding of asset liability management and interest rate risk management concepts
