JOB MISSION: – Warrior Ice Arena is seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, and hard working individuals to join our team! MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: –
● Must be able to work well with children of all ages and adults, communicate with other coaches, and show strong management skills when coaching their class.
● Responsible for knowing and understanding all elements that are required to teach to your class.
● You must be able to demonstrate basic skating skills to your class and be able to verbally explain each exercise you teach to your class.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
Must be self-motivated
Ability to work well with others and individually
Excellent customer service skills
Safe Sport Certified
Must have a background in ice-skating and a strong understanding of the fundamentals of skating
A background in coaching lessons is not required, but nice to have.
Warrior Ice Arena Only Pay Range: $19.55 - $24.40 - $29.30 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

Flexible Work Schedule
For decades we have fostered a unique culture founded on our values with a particular focus on in-person teamwork and collaboration. Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations.
To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced “Work from Anywhere” (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
