W2 Health and Life Insurance Agents Receive inbound calls from top ACA Insurance Carrier's prospects wanting to purchase Health, Supplemental and Life Products Quickly build report with the prospects over the phone and gain an understanding of their needs. Gather key information and data necessary to be able to qualify them for premium tax credits and cost sharing reductions. Meet daily sales and conversion goals Perform follow-up to ensure retention of the customer. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong selling skills.

Great communicator with excellent phone skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.•Strong organizational, analytical and motivational skills. Keen listening skills with ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Collaborative communication style, builds relationships with customers, removes barriers. Required Education, License or Certification: Valid Life and Health Insurance License. Current Year CMS Marketplace Certification

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
