Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Software Engineer – Developer to join the Special Projects Dallas (SPD) P-8A Poseidon Maritime Patrol Aircraft Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) team in Richardson, TX .
At Boeing, our software engineers use their expertise to dream up next generation’s software capabilities for some amazing aerospace platforms. The Boeing SPD AAS team provides the mission systems software that runs on the P-8A to provide the warfighter the ability to perform mission and tactic planning, interface with the sensor, display sensor data to the operator, and replay missions. The team also provides the capability to train fleet operators on the AAS mission by adding simulations to the baseline P-8 Training system.
