This position is responsible for managing survey vendor contracts (Land Surveying Coordinator) to provide quality land surveying services in a safe and cost-effective manner. Detail of activities associated with land surveying projects include: develop project scope, calculate an in-house estimate for each project, generate request for quotes for cost and timeframes, initiate the data entry into the work management tool, monitor contractors and projects to assure quality/schedules/budgets are met, process invoices, review and perform
