LAYIQ - Risk Analysis Specialist III at Bank of America

Own and drive complex analyses of business processes, data flows, and operational controls to identify data integrity concerns, process defects, risks, and improvement opportunities, recommending strategies that enhance the completeness, accuracy, validity, and timeliness of critical business processes.
Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit functions to evaluate process performance, resolve complex issues, and drive sustainable improvements.
Leverage data analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and quantitative methodologies to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
Develop and deliver insights, reporting, and visualizations that communicate process performance, business risks, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to teammates in support of governance, issue remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
