LAYIQ - Manager Sales Strategy & Planning at Tyson Foods

Education: Bachelor's Degree required
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer trade marketing, sales, marketing, sales analytics, revenue management or category management.
Demonstrated financial acumen, with joint growth planning experience a plus; Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence cross-functional team members
Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills; Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
Strong ability to articulate complex information in a concise manner and with proper context
Computer Skills: Intermediate-Advanced level for MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams; Prior experience with Tyson CRM preferred
Special Skills: Excellent planning and project management skills; Syndicated Data experience; Strong Excel and data manipulation skills; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Business acumen and ownership

Travel: Some travel is required, up to 10% of time
