Role Overview
The Talent Development & Training team is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative
Talent Development Operations Intern to ensure the seamless execution of HillelU’s growing portfolio of professional development programs and experiences.
HillelU provides learning and development opportunities to more than 1,200 Hillel professionals across the organization. As our portfolio continues to grow, this role will provide the operational support needed to deliver high-quality professional development experiences consistently and efficiently—from virtual training and cohort programs to immersive in-person leadership development experiences.
This role will serve as a key member of the Talent Development & Training team, taking ownership of the systems, logistics, data, and processes that support the participant experience. The ideal candidate is someone who loves turning plans into action, can anticipate details before they become problems, and is energized by making complex programs feel seamless.
