Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client's Advanced Practitioner Team at Walsall.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OT to take on a leadership role, supporting practitioners and promoting independence, safety and wellbeing for adults across the community.
What will your responsibilities be?
Provide professional supervision, guidance and support to Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Oversee practice quality, ensuring high standards of assessment and intervention.
Manage work allocation and workloads across the team.
Coach, mentor and support the professional development of colleagues.
Provide guidance on complex cases, clinical decisions and risk management.
Support assessments for minor and major adaptations, including Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs).
Advise on equipment provision, specialist equipment and manual handling needs.
