Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client's Regaining Independence Service Team at Littlehampton.
This is an excellent opportunity to support adults in their own homes, helping them regain independence, achieve personal goals and improve their quality of life through short-term, person-centred reablement interventions.
What will your responsibilities be?
Undertake comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments in customers’ homes.
Establish meaningful, person-centred goals to maximise independence.
Deliver specialist interventions to support reablement and functional recovery.
Monitor progress and adapt support plans to achieve positive outcomes.
Identify risks, assess functional needs and recommend appropriate equipment or interventions.
Work collaboratively with reablement care providers and multidisciplinary health and social care professionals.
