LAYIQ - Parent & Student Programs Coordinator at Embry-Riddle

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Higher education parent family relations and/or retention and data analysis experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain strong positive working relationships with students, faculty and staff.
Ability to use empathetic listening skills, communicate (written and verbal) with clarity and maintain an attitude that conveys respect, assistance, honesty and resourcefulness.
Strong problem-solving and task management skills; able to work on several projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
Strong project management and case management skills.
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of or willingness to learn Campus Solutions, Salesforce Education Cloud, Canva, Adobe, and SharePoint.
