Saalex is seeking an Electronics QA Inspector in Ridgecrest, CA. The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting, verifying, and documenting electronic assemblies, subassemblies, printed circuit boards (PCBs), wiring harnesses, cables, telemeters (TMs), and related hardware to ensure compliance with Airborne Instrumentation Systems Department (AISD) quality standards, customer requirements, IPC standards, and AS9100 processes.
This individual will play a critical role in maintaining product quality throughout incoming inspection, assembly, rework, testing, and final acceptance activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronics quality assurance, inspection methodologies, failure analysis, and documentation control within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or similar technical environments. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative engineering and production team.
