LAYIQ - (USA) Manager, Transportation Maintenance at Walmart

Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance related to transportation maintenance, including DOT, EPA, and OSHA requirements.
Proven experience managing preventive fleet maintenance programs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in profit and loss management, budgeting, and warranty recovery oversight.
Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising, mentoring, and developing teams to achieve operational excellence.
Ability to analyze maintenance costs and operational metrics to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory authorities.
