LAYIQ - (USA) Manager, Creative at Walmart, Los Angeles, CA

4–6 years in production management or creative operations, with direct experience managing high-volume image or digital content production.
Strong working knowledge of Generative AI image workflows — enough to brief artists accurately, assess output quality, and identify production friction.
Advanced Airtable proficiency for project tracking, workload management, and leadership-facing dashboards.
Strong creative literacy — able to read a brief, assess whether AI output is meeting it, and communicate the gap in specific, actionable terms.
Clear, proactive communicator who surfaces risks early and keeps all stakeholders accurately informed.
Experience with e-commerce or retail site imagery production and managing freelance creative talent preferred.
