About this role:
Well Fargo is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join the WIM Technology iCTO Business & Client Integration organization. This position is not exclusively hands-on technical support but will act as a key assistant leader for solutioning. The lead will act as a stand-in for leadership or stakeholders to facilitate identification of issues, planning, implementation and remediation.
This engineer will play a critical role in bridging business and technology, translating business needs into clear requirements. The role partners closely with cross ‑ functional stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to support enterprise integration initiatives that directly impact Advisor experiences.
