High school diploma or equivalent required; some college and/or healthcare-related coursework preferred
Passion for improving maternity care through a combination of clinical care, technology, patient empowerment and education

Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders

Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare support role (not required)
Prior experience working with Athena, EPIC, Dorsata, Slack and/or Google Suite
