LAYIQ - HR Data Analyst - Compensation - FT - Day at Stormont-Vail HealthCare

Maintain HR data tools, reporting, and dashboards, allowing self-service access to data when appropriate and optimize the use of the Workday system when at all possible.
Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports.
Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by clarifying the purpose of the request, gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
Establish and maintain HR data integrity and quality standards by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data.
Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities, present findings and insights to leadership teams through dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
Analyze workforce metrics including turnover, retention, vacancy rates, recruitment effectiveness, benefits participation, performance trends, and learning outcomes.
Develop predictive and trend analyses to support workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.
Translate complex workforce data into actionable recommendations for HR and organizational leaders.
Support data governance processes.
Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related activities in a timely fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and internal customer satisfaction.
Support other system related needs and trouble-shooting as needed.
