LAYIQ - Supv Production-2nd Shift- Green Forest Par-Fry Plant at Tyson Foods

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional education, vocational training, certifications, or college coursework preferred.
Experience
One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Poultry processing experience preferred.
Computer Skills
Basic computer skills required.
Experience with SAP or similar manufacturing systems preferred.
Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with Team Members, management, and cross-functional partners.
Leadership and Supervisory Skills
Ability to supervise, coach, train, and develop Team Members.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
Travel
Occasional travel required (approximately 1-5 trips per year).
