About The Role
The Assistant Controller partners with the Controller to lead the Company’s accounting operations and support the continued development of a scalable, accurate, and well-controlled finance function. This role combines hands-on ownership of the monthly close process, financial reporting, technical accounting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls with responsibility for team development, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
As a key partner and backup to the Controller, the Assistant Controller provides financial insights, recommendations, and operational support to the Controller and Chief Financial Officer to enable sound decision-making and sustainable organizational growth.
