Director of Financial
Planning
&
Analysis
(FP&A) to provide strategic financial leadership across the organization.
Reporting to the CFO, this role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, and long-term financial planning.
The Director of FP&A partners with executive leadership, operational leaders, program teams, and the broader finance department to turn complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
This position supports data-informed decision-making, organizational growth, program innovation, risk management, and long-term financial sustainability.

- Lead multi-year financial planning in support of organizational growth, service delivery innovation, and long-term sustainability.
- Provide financial analysis, recommendations, and decision support for executive leadership and
- Board reporting.
- Evaluate financial risks, opportunities, and the potential impact of strategic initiatives.
- Budgeting and
- Forecasting
- Lead the organization-wide annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational realities.
- Develop rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and financial models to anticipate risks and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain standardized budgeting tools, templates, and processes across programs and departments.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve budget development, monitoring, and accountability.
- Analyze budget-to-actual results and identify trends, variances, and corrective actions.
