The Manager, Program Management will play an important role in the execution of large-scale programs within Enterprise CRM Solutions ( eCRMs
). This role will drive the delivery of key workstreams within broader programs, partnering closely with Product, Technology, and business teams to develop and manage execution plans, coordinate dependencies, identify and escalate risks, and support successful delivery against program objectives.
In addition to driving workstream execution, the Manager will help connect delivery activities to the broader eCRMs strategy and roadmap, developing a strong understanding of how individual initiatives and decisions contribute to longer-term priorities. Working closely with program leadership and cross-functional partners, this role requires strong program management fundamentals, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complexity while helping translate eCRMs priorities into effective execution.
