Preferred background
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare, human services, caregiving, or a related field is preferred.
Experience providing personal care, homemaking, companionship, or other in-home support services.
Experience working as a caregiver, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide, Direct Care Worker, or in a related role.
Experience orienting, mentoring, coaching, or supporting other caregivers or field-based employees.
Familiarity with client service, care coordination, home care, home health, or community-based services.
Current CPR or first aid certification, if required by applicable state or program guidelines.

Training and support
A structured 30-day training and ramp-up period will help you learn the office’s processes, service expectations, client needs, documentation requirements, and team workflows. You will work closely with office leadership and key partners as you build confidence in the field and become an effective resource for clients, families, and caregivers.
