We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within AWS's Global Financial Services (GFS) organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to the executive team, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while representing the office with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
You will manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate domestic and international travel, and plan and execute internal events.
