RME Finance Analysts own cost across the network. They provide FP&A support for North America Field RME teams, covering MEC, controllership, and operational planning cycles. Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and a genuine drive to improve how work gets done.
Key job responsibilities
Run Month End Close for Personnel and Parts, Repairs, and Maintenance (PRM) accounts. You are accountable for accuracy, completeness, and controllership compliance from start to finish.
Own the financial planning cycles, including forecast modeling, bridging, and variance analysis. You work with limited guidance and are expected to identify cost drivers and bring clear findings to senior managers.
Deliver data-driven narratives that shape how leaders make decisions. Push back on business partner plans when the numbers tell a different story.
