The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Legal team is looking for a talented attorney to support AWS, Amazon’s dynamic and rapidly growing business at the forefront of the cloud computing and service industry.
This Associate Corporate Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and will support AWS’s specialist sales, business development, and partner network teams. The successful candidate will be able to counsel business partners on a variety of complex legal issues; structure, draft, and negotiate agreements and program documents; and drive process-oriented improvements.
