In this role, you will help run strategic operations programs across our food production facilities, supporting cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery. You will help build scalable processes and operating standards, work with analytics teams to maintain dashboards and reporting that track facility performance, and coordinate with site teams and business partners to improve safety, quality, labor productivity and cost.
You will prepare program updates and surface risks and recommendations to your manager and program leads.
The ideal candidate is an organized program manager who stays effective in ambiguity, communicates clearly, and brings a bias for action. Experience in manufacturing, food production or multi-site operations is a plus. What matters most is your ability to help manage cross-functional programs, use data to make decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
