What You'll Do:
- · Provide exceptional customer service by answering the phone promptly and being ready to answer any queries, resolve any issues, or obtain any necessary information.
- · Maintain exceptional working relationships with customers, installers, vendor partners, and other staff.
- · Ensure all aspects of each project are running smoothly by creating job folders, communicating with customers, processing sale/contract orders, and uploading all contract documentation daily.
- · Assist the Install manager with scheduling installation dates and service requests, ordering all job materials, and pulling building permits
What You'll Bring:
- · 5+ years in an office environment with scheduling and direct customer service experience.
- · Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills with an expertise in problem resolution.
- · Exceptional multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks.
- · Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn other computer programs.
