About the Role

What if you could take your SAP EHS and product stewardship expertise beyond day-to-day compliance and use it to help organizations solve some of their most complex regulatory challenges?

At 3E, we're looking for a Senior Solutions Advisor who can connect deep technical knowledge with customer needs, helping businesses navigate evolving regulations, optimize their compliance processes, and get greater value from their technology investments.

In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, working alongside our commercial teams to shape solutions that bring together SAP EHS, regulatory content, 3E Generate, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities. You'll have the opportunity to influence complex sales opportunities, collaborate with technical and commercial experts, and contribute to how 3E brings its product stewardship solutions to market.

What You'll Do

• Help customers solve complex challenges.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customers' SAP environments, regulatory requirements, and business priorities, then recommend solutions that address their needs.
• Shape enterprise solutions.
• Partner with Business Development teams on complex opportunities, developing solution strategies, delivering tailored demonstrations, and contributing to proposals and Scopes of Work.
• Put your SAP EHS expertise to work.
• Advise customers on structured regulatory content, SAP EHS workflows, and integration considerations, including evolving SAP technologies and S/4HANA transformations.
• Connect technology to business value.
• Demonstrate how 3E's regulatory Content as a Service, 3E Generate, authoring services, and AI-enabled capabilities can help customers address compliance and operational challenges.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for additional solution adoption and support customers as their regulatory and business needs evolve.
