We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Industrial Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering and maintenance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position will support the maintenance, troubleshooting, design, and continuous improvement of mechanical systems and production equipment to ensure efficient, reliable, and safe manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to gain hands-on experience with industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, and maintenance operations.
Assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving mechanical issues involving food processing, packaging, and production equipment.
Support the maintenance, repair, and improvement of industrial machinery, including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment.
