The Value-Added Services (VAS) Supervisor will lead and oversee the value-added services operations within our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing the VAS associates team, coordinating value-added service activities, and ensuring the efficient execution of customized solutions for our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of VAS associates to deliver high-quality value-added services in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure a motivated and productive team.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure VAS activities meet client specifications and adhere to established quality standards.
