About FLATS
FLATS®, by Collective Residential, is a real estate company built around lifestyle and known for its creative approach to urban apartment living. We pride ourselves on being “anything but expected,” with a mission to “bring big style to smart spaces.” Through thoughtfully designed homes and smart technology, we create what we call the FLATS life: homes with soul that embrace value, individuality, and community.
About the Role
The Rosie is a mixed use community with 202 apartments, and we’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping a building running well and residents happy. You’ll handle work orders, get vacant units ready for move in, and keep the property in great shape day to day. If you know HVAC, like solving problems, and enjoy working with residents, this role is a great fit.
