Employer job description
From Quality Glass and Mirror Service's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
Quality Glass & Mirror Service, Omaha, NE (in office, full time)
Reports to the Director of Sales
About us
Quality Glass is a glass fabricator and aluminum distributor based in Omaha. We fabricate tempered glass, insulating glass, and mirror, and we supply aluminum to glaziers, contractors, and manufacturers across the Midwest. This role supports our sales and estimating team by managing the quote process from request through award, and coordinating materials for the jobs we win.
The role
This person sits between our estimators and our customers. You’ll keep the quoting process organized and moving, be the go-to contact for customers with questions on their quotes, and close the loop on every bid we send out. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the process and proactively follows through to maximize our customer's experience and our own win rate.
