The Improvement Association (TIA) is a nonprofit Community Action Agency with a longstanding history of more than five decades dedicated to strengthening families, empowering individuals, and enhancing the quality of life in communities throughout Southside Virginia. Founded in 1968 by concerned citizens of Sussex County, TIA was established to address the myriad challenges faced by low-income families through a comprehensive and multifaceted approach.

The organization acts as a catalyst for positive change by implementing extensive programs and community partnerships that span early childhood, parenting support, education, employment, housing, and youth development. TIA's mission focuses on breaking down barriers to self-sufficiency and fostering stronger futures for the individuals and families it serves. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Logistics Manager to join our team in the consumer services industry.

This role is critical in ensuring the efficient management and coordination of our program resources and community initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, a passion for community service, and the aptitude to oversee complex supply chains and logistics operations to support our mission-driven programs effectively.
