YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Lead Talent Sourcer will report to the Manager of Sourcing Talent Acquisition and partners with the Talent Acquisition Team to achieve recruitment objectives. The successful individual in this role will spearhead the identification, engagement, and nurturing of top-tier talent for Rosendin. This role will have ownership of search planning, proactive outreach, initial candidate assessment, and ensuring the continued flow of high-quality candidates, as well as creating a strong talent pipeline.
