As a Pathfinding Device Integration Engineer, you will help drive early-stage technology development by connecting device physics, materials science, and process integration. In this role, you will evaluate emerging device concepts, develop experimental strategies, and generate data-driven insights that influence future technology decisions. Your work will play a key role in advancing device scaling, performance, and manufacturability across Micron’s long-term roadmap.
