We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated
Field Sourcing Recruiter to help grow Horace Mann’s Worksite Division network of captive 1099 agents. Approximately 80% of this role is dedicated to proactively sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and engaging qualified prospects. The recruiter will assess candidate interest and qualifications, then schedule promising candidates with partner recruiters for the next step in the hiring process. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing skills, consistent follow-through, and a results-driven approach to recruiting.
