Employer job description
From CALPAK's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
At CALPAK, our mission is to elevate the travel experience. We design innovative luggage and travel accessories that inspire our community to travel confidently and seamlessly. As we open our first-ever retail store and expand our physical footprint, we’re looking for an inspiring sales leader to help us redefine the journey. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of an established, beloved brand as we grow and scale our retail presence!
As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll lead from the floor, drive sales, coach and develop the team, and create the kind of customer experience that keeps our community coming back. You’ll help bring our “Happy Packing” culture to life while owning the day-to-day experience for both our customers and team.
